Poor systems

How long is it going to take before Edgars changes their systems wait a minute i think they are waiting for all their account holders to be ***** victicms. Yesterday i went to go pay my account at a Jet store to my surprise i see that the outstanding balance is an exaggerated amount. I go back to the cashier to query it , he says i made a purchase in Hemingways somewhere in London oh my goodness i have never even set foot in East London !!! Then i get sent to an Edgars store to sort out the matter from Edgars i am told to go to the police station what a huge inconvinence . After all that i get told that i will get a call after 2 weeks even better read this \ come and make a follow up with us after 2 weeks"Is it not enough that i had to do all the running around "
