Poor show!

Good day<br> <br> I unfortunately had a rather terrible experience with a gent named Kalvin/Calvin that called me this morning with regards to an accident plan insurance etc. When I asked that he sends me the T's and C's etc in black and white BEFORE I implement the cover, he got quite stroppy and refused to send me anything because he had explained everything already. I hope to goodness he has a brain on him and hasn't gone ahead and implemented otherwise this will then be escalated to the Ombud - and I'm sure, no-one needs that kind of hassle! I can't believe I actually had to end the call with \I'm not happy with this conversation and I will be putting the phone down\" Very disappointed in the way Kalvin dealt with me as a customer, especially as he is still under supervision as well - Team Leader??? I hope to get a speedy response! Thank you!"
