Poor services and reap off by edgars

I bought a cell phone at Edgars in late 2018, I took the cellphone insurance that I about paid R90 a month, Edgars decided to cancel my cellphone insurance without letting me know, I stopped paying the account and with numerous calls made to me, I have explained to the call center agents the reason I stopped paying the account that they must take the money that I have been paying to the insurance and pay my account as they cancelled it without my concern, now they took me to their debt collectors with massive interest added to the account, all the commutations I had with Edgars are not noted on their system, Edgards is **** and out to ruin peoples life's.
