Poor services and carelessness

Good day I'm experiencing a very poor services with Edcon, in April during lockdown they send me easy pay account to make a payment to my Edgar's account which I did, in may when I went to store to make a payment and closed off my account they told me that the payment I made in April is not allocated yet so they can't closed off my account till it has been allocated,then they asked me to send proof of payment by email and wait for their response in 7days time.then I did with no feedback from them.

Then I made a follow up with them via email three times with no response from them, then end of may I went to store to check if my query has been resolved which was not resolved yet, I called Edcon they advice not to make any payment till the query has been resolved they promised to get back to me within 14days, after 14days I send them an email with no response.

Then end of June went to store to try making a payment to closed off my account,still my query hasn't been resolved they asked me to wait again, but every months they charging interest on my account. Then since I've been waiting for their response by end of June with no response, on the 25th of July I went back to store to make a payment on my balance and close off my account they advice me that the query hasn't been resolved, I called Edcon for the 5th time to dispute the interest as well they promised to respond within 7days till today I didn't receive any feedback.

For the past two weeks I've been receiving calls from Edgar's asking when am I making a payment while since I've been waiting for response from Edcon since April.

Edcon can't punish me for something that am not capable with, you failed to help me since April till due, so I need my account to be closed off as requested since April. The poor treatment that am receiving from you its unexpected. So please close of my account ASAP. Am not going to be listed against my name due to your poor services, if this will affect my credit profile am taking the matter up. Hope my account will be closed soon.
