Poor services

i had an issue that troubled me recently where edgars has an apparent sale and when you go for the sale they have sickers repricing the items!!! for instance buy two shirts and get 100 off. but the shirts are repriced from 199 to 229 so thats effectively paying 60 more!!! give a smaller discount but rather be honest about it!!! now my actual reason for this complaint is that i went for the buy one get one free tekkies... and the tekkies were in a mess... we found two pairs of which on the first pair the right foot was missing and on the second pair the left foot was missing. the staff though helpful came 45 mins later after we searched every single box of tekkies and eventually found one pair in the storeroom.... then it was reduced so we could not get it on the promo. so we searched again and was advised by the manager to take another pair and return it when they find the other shoe. i did that and a lindiwe callled and said that they found the shoe. but now it was reduced.... but they were aware of the shoe i wanted so i am annoyed!! this is unfair! she promised to check with the manager and call me back but now she hasnt. more annoying is the second pair box said size 4 but isnt
