Poor Service with a sense of racial **************
I have been trying for a week now and countless hours spent on the phone trying to sort out my Mother's Edgars account. I kept being promised that it will be sorted out and someone will contact me back but to no avail. First they locked her account saying it is possible ***** as the cellphone number they have does not match the one on their system, firstly, my Mother is using her current number for abiut 8 years now already and you sending her all her comms and account information to that number, yet you claim that you don't have this number. Further to that, you discriminate against her because a purchase was made in another area/suburb, what **** is that. Is she now classified to only make purchases in a certain suburb, that is beyond me and sound a bit like racial profiling. My Mother is now getting constant messages that the account is locked for possible ***** and she is 70 years old and freaked out. I have taken it upon myself to resolve this yet you are causing her unnecessary stress. WOW, is this how you treat your senior citizens or is this only the way you treat a certain racial class. Now I understand when I recently walked into an Edgars store after many years that the place has gone to ruins. A true shadow of it's former self. I was promised by a Nikita two ago that she will get this resolved and call me back by COB that day, well guess what, no call or feedback, yet my mother is receiving constant reminders that her account is locked due to possible *****. Can someone Senior please sort this out and call me.
