Poor service & terrible call agents

Ive spend 30minutes at edgars 4ways spoke with 6 agents at rcs who all just transferred me or hanged up on me just for a simple task of setting a pin for a card. So disappointed.your agents should be trained or coached about customer service unless if you dont care about customer satisfaction. Atleast be truthful on the line that you dont care when your about to knockoff than to ask me stupid questions n keep me repeating myself over and over to 6 of you. Mxm
