Poor service substandard goods

I am extremely disappointed with Edgars, Centurion Mall to be precise, I bought three jeans in five months ago, amongs those jeans, one of them (stone harbour) I wear more than twice in a week, and is washed every single week and the other one I bare wear it and I washed it twice and the third. Jean(Levi's) tore, i took it to the store the manager told me they can't help me bevause I could be making up the story, I told her I don't need to make up the story, I am disappointed with the quality of the jeans considering the price, I usually buy my jeans at Old khaki they will wear out after two years nit tear and a jean less than six months bearly worn tears and I am told I a making up stories as if I wear the jean daily and go lie to them for no reason, I left the jean with that unprofessional manager since I am expected to donate to them. It is the last donation I made to you Edgars and I wouldnt even refer anyone to go buy unless they want to donate
