Poor service received
I ordered a parcel from Edgars online and my parcel ended up with a lady not even close to where I live. I phoned edgars to collect this parcel and deliver it to me, they keep on making empty promises, it is 3 weeks later and still I have not received my parcel. I have to keep on phoning them to get feedback as no one phones back to let me know what is going on.
