Poor service - Online store
Order: ********** 64 This is my first time purchasing online with Edgars and I purchased on Mon 5/3/2018 already, the item is being packed since then, absolutely no movement. If I track it online shows NOTHING as nothing has happened since Monday, I've logged a query and they only make excuses saying they have up to 5 days to deliver but advised if ABSOLUTELY nothing has happened since Monday and today is Friday how is it possible that it will be delivered by Mon, which means you guys do not keep to your promises. First time using edgars online and I don't see myself using it again, the other online stores I purchase from is way more efficient. How disappointing!
