Poor service ONCE AGAIN
I was promised to be credited for 3 for 2 Kiehls special from Black Friday my account has still not been credited. And whenever I shop online It deducts double the amount from my account. What the hell is happening to Edgars???? Can Edgars not see I am always placing orders online there was never fault now suddenly I keep being charged double. This is a real inconvenience. Will keep complaining If I have to.
