Poor service from the Call center agent

Poor service I have been calling edgars requesting them to close my account but still everyday I receive new story and they are call center agent are very rude instead of them assisting you what they do is to laugh at you..... Yoh I wouldn't advise anyone to open this account 🚮🚮 worse part when you pay it does not go down... I talk to Rebecca and she made it clear that there is nothing she can do......
