Poor service from RCS/Edgars

I have been trying to register for Edgars Self Service on the internet for more than 5 months but I keep receiving this error after entering the one time pin sent to my cellphone. Is there anyone that can please assist?? For over 5 months now!! Loads of emails sent to enquiries and complaints department but still not resolved!!
