Poor service from 'n ********** company!

Canceled my account early in 2020 already and they are still incurring costs to my account even though I was assured that the nominal amount for policies R28 odd rand will be written back and my account will be closed . Fast forward a year later and now this account which I have not been using and to my knowledge was canceled last year has incurred cost of R460. Tried phoning in to customer care to explain my whole story 5 times just to be cut off by call centre agents. Edgar's makes it impossible to close accounts. I'm very unhappy with the service received as when I was still using my account it was paid every single month without a default. You guys are ********* and nothing is being done about it.
