Poor service from Edgars Head office to their staff at menlyn park and Brooklyn

Multiple times I've had bad service from Edgars and I thought it was the Brooklyn branch but Menlyn Park is even worse.

I had an issue with an exchange this afternoon and that was affected by one of Edgars store revamping still in process. I then went to their Menlyn Park branch with no luck .I called the Head office explaining my issue and I was only promised a gift card or a voucher and all I wanted was my money back since my partner bought the school shoes for my son. Last month I was at the same branch, I wanted to buy work shoes and I noticed the specific one I wanted was a bit faulty when I asked what if it gets damaged with 3 months so I have an option of returning them?, the consultant said I don't know and the shoe is very cheap hence it is faulty REALLY??? Edgars I need you to attend to these urgently. I cannot be donating my hard earned cash to you PLEASE I want a refund!!!!!

If it was a different race I'm very sure these incidents or should I say horrible service I wouldn't be getting.

The service you provide to black people is of the outmost horrible, from head office, management to sales people you all need customer service training.
