Poor Service from Edgars

I have been a customer for over 20 years, and recently I have had nothing but bad service from Edgars, over a month ago I queried my account and after being on the phone for well over half an hour I was promised that the team leader would call me, to date no one has called and yesterday I get a sms just a friendly reminder that you must pay your installment of R166. To Edgars or Checkers, my question to Edgars, why would you charge interest on an account that has no purchases, however I agree to pay the service fee and club card fees, I have requested call backs and no one calls, my name is Leon Colendo ***
