Poor service delivery

After maintaining my Edgars account for more than 25 years and having to hand in proof of my identity on numerous occasions, Edgars now addresses me as Mr. Don't waste your time and airtime phoning the 086 111 826 number. There is no customer service available, only a prerecorded answering service. Devil is in the details and Edgars/Edcon seems uninterested to get it right.
