Poor service delivery
I have requested a paid up letter from Edargs since last year September 2019 nothing was given again in November 2019 nothing and December 2019. I have requested in January 2020 nothing has been given, spoke to a Bongani Mqele a consultant promised it will be sent nothing as yet now called in a again lady didn't give me her name puts me on hold for over 20minutes to put me through her supervisor. What is it I need to do to get a settlement letter?

09 Jan 2020, 12:03I have requested a paid up letter since last year as I said around September and I have also requested my name to be updated from the bureau since November and they all say my name still appears on when will you update because I have been requesting
