Poor Service

I am very disappointed with the poor service that i got from EDGARS . People please check your EDGARS statement or else you will get **********,from December 2019 they still cannot fix my statement. How can your installment be R 251.11 and you pay them R 200. and they come back the following month to say you need to pay them R 35.51 then they tell you that R 149.45 is overdue? CLOSING MY ACCOUNT.
