Poor service ,clear water edgars

I bought a cellphone on the 17th of December and returned it on the 20th of December asking for a refund cause the phone was not responding and kept rebooting They told me I can’t get a refund and they must send it back to the manufacturer,this was GIFT from Clearwater who was very dismissive

Till today I don’t have a phone ,I don’t know what happing and their line rings to no answer
