Poor service

At the game stores of carnival mall

I came there to buy a drill and there was no one to assist me with the drill...as I wasn't sure what is the difference between all drills.

I asked a lady there at game store she said they will call the worker who deals with drills .....I waited hours and the person neva came

I had to go back at home without buying a drill because of no attendance to Me
