Poor service and treatment

I am so disappointed with the service I received from edgars Westgate mall. I went to do an exchange on items I boughtvand exchanges at edgars Clearwater mall but they refused and said the only people that could help me is Clearwater mall. My question is Clearwater mall told me they would have to keep the slip because of the items exchange so when I go to Westgate they told me there's no such thing they don't do that in any of their stores as I would need to to show the slip at the door after purchase. It seems as though it's one store name with different rules. As though that was not enough at the dooor while leaving I was treated like a ***** because the 2 items that I had come to exchanged were not taken and I didn't have a slip the lady has concluded that I stole those goods until I found the sticker that u normally get at the dooor upon entry when exchanging. I feels mistreated.
