poor service and rudeness
I bought an estee lauder powder and they gave me a wrong shade. Went back and the counter supervisor is absolutely rude. She has no customer care or time. She is loud and makes your complain looks like it has no value. I spoke to the Manager afterwards who promised to respond by Monday. Pls intervene<br> As I m stuck with a product that I paid for but cannot use. I need value for money<br>
