Poor service and no transparency on the product

I am very disappointed with the service I got at cell phone department at Brooklyn Mall Edgars.

I bought a phone about 2 weeks back ,dual SIM which I was told that the first sim is Mtn locked but the other sim can accommodate any other cellular network. A week later when trying to connect data from the 2nd Sim the phone does not read it. Took it back to the store only to be told that the phone can only recognize Mtn sims not any other network which the first sales consultant wasn't transparent but rather assured me that the 2nd sim port can accommodate any other network. To top it up the battery life span is wreck and now I'm being told in my order to book the phone in for repairs I will have to carry courier fees and they not even sure how long repairs might take. Whereas all this could have been avoided had their consultant been transparent from the beginning. This is very distasteful service as it left me with lots of frustration.
