Poor Service and no one to assist

In 2005 I had an Edgars account.I then filed foe bankruptcy .I have been rehibilated in 2013 with a clean credit record, and now Edgarsgoes on list me as a default on account for 2005, which had to be wriiten off during my insolvency.I spent two hours at the N1 city store calling and asking people to assit to remove this,as I have given them all the documentation. This has now dropped my credit rating and I cannot qualify for credit due to Edgards. Its been two weeks now and no one has got back to me with this.I think its disgusting and sneaky and breaking the law as I have a HIGH COURT instruction certificate for all my debt to be removed and my record cleared
