Poor service and ********** charges

Edgars is **********ly charging me 2xPremiums for cellphone insurance. The cellphone was ****** and claim approved for a replacement but they are charging me for the lost phone and the new one. I have been transferred around between Edgar's and IUA in an attempt to resolve this issue
