Poor Service and Bunch of Skelems

I'm not happy with their service. I payed up my installments and asked that they close my card they gave me a run around and I never used their card again but I always get calls from their collection department telling me I'm owing when I told them that I don't want any financial services on my card. I also told the collection guys to get customer care to call me but they never did that hence I always receive calls from them and I'm sick and tired of this. I'm now going to go to the consumer protection and also the FAIS Ombud to report this.
