POOR SERVICE

I have a problem with Edgar's,they have assigned me to their CC CONTROL CHAT- R115 airtime + 100 SMS of which they add R78 each months on my Edgar's account,and i did not sign up for it...its been more than 6 months now... I phoned them on the 31st October 2019 and they gave me the reference number (***) for cancellation and refund....they said they'll call me within 48 hours....I'm still waiting...BLACK FRIDAY
