Poor service

Poor customer care we went to parow branch the lady said we could come inside at 15:45 a guy came and said that the shop closes at 4 I get that but the way he said it was as if we had to leave instantly i put the stuff down because I know what it is to work in retail we had to wait till the last customer leaves
