Poor service.

Lets talk about my voucher. The one I bought from Edcon , Jet says I cant use it there , Edgars says I cant use it there. At the bottom of the voucher it says I can use it at any Edcon store . I was told I would get a call 5 days later i am still waiting. My question is " what happens to my R600"?
