Poor service

So I went to the Estee lauder counter in Edgar's carnivall mall and I was assisted by a lady in order to find my foundation shade...She put the foundation on my face instead of my neck to match it and done this under yellow light and assured me that it was the perfect match...When I got home and tried the foundation under natural light the foundation was too dark for my skin...Imagine paying almost R700 for foundation that you can't use...Real disappointed...I should have gone to foshini instead.
