Poor service

The new company (RCS) who took over the edcon group is disaster. I paid my account on the 25 September 2020 and to date the payment doesn't reflect on their system. How reducible is this????? Instead I get countless SMS every day that I must pay my account. I called the call center and send through proof of payment and still waiting for their response. I didn't expect such from a big company such as RCS.
