Poor service !

Placed an order on 7/5/2020 on account and another one on 8/5/2020 cash. The site indicates orders are taking up3 weeks to be delivered but that is a lie because I have been waiting for a month. The order that was placed on 8/5/2020 has been received but the order placed on 7/5/2020 I have not received it yet, does it mean you value people paying with money more than order paid but account? I received an email indicating that the order will be delivered last week but I have not received anything yet! I am disappointed! I want settled, close the account and NEVER at Edgards again!
