Poor service

I had send several requests to Edgars head office and customer care, to cancel my and my wife's accounts with them, but no feedback or response. You cannot get hold of them by phone, or your local stores is not helpful, as they said, that is work of Head Office. I really feel that Edgars service is the worst ever seen. I am asking for the CEO contact details, so that I can personally tell him about his company's poor service and personnel. I will not recommend anyone to buy from them a single item, because it is a shame to say that a huge group is so bad.
