Poor Service
In the 5 years that i have been a customer to Edgar's i didn't think ill get poor service like this....my phone went for repairs and when it came back it wasn't fixed. the people that my phone went to for repairs phoned me to say i need to send the battery together with the phone. but initially Edgars eyethu mall staff who have been assisting me said they do not send phone accessories with the phone when its going for repairs. can you believe that these people have had my phone from the 16 December till date?? i am so disappointed in your service...its Poor...i just need my phone to be fixed or give me a new 1 because i pay insurance.....i am getting so fed up to a point that i have told a guy from finrite to keep the phone because they don't wanna fix it. i literally have to beg now for my phone to be fixed? why am i paying insurance? Very Poor service...Very disappointing.
