Poor service

I shopped online as I did before, their delivery was very fast but this time took longer than expected and my event had past. So I didn't need the order anymore. Requested for order return on 04 June even today no effort has been made by Edgar's to assist me. Only empty promises and I need that money for food at home. We really struggling.
