poor service

i went a month ago to open an account i waited over an hour as the gentleman who assisted me did not know how to use a computer properly and could not understand what we i was saying, i was told that i am approved for the application they will verify my employment records and will call me back in a few days, till this day i still have not heard anything, so on saturday the 18 the April i went back to the retailer and queried i was told that the application was declined and a very poor reason was given, the gentlemen then phoned customercare to see what the situation is he then got my employers numbers from me again and told me that he will call me on the 20 April, i still have not heard from them. the advert is that it is easy and quick to open an acount with Edgars but i think that they need to change the ad.
