Poor Service

<p>On the 23rd of May i purchased a white temptations gown from Edgars Mall of Africa. When I fitted it a week after purchasing it i realized i doesn't fit. </p> <p> </p> <p>I took off with and placed it in the bag along with the tag which I had removed earlier. I finally got a chance to take it back and purchase another different colour along with duvet covers and a rude lady came and told me it cant be exchanged because it smells of sta soft. I tried explaining that it could have picked up the sta soft from the winter gown or my bedding on the bed. </p> <p> </p> <p>She rudely told me I washed it. I tried explaining that i didn't wash it and with her arrogance she told me to take it back that it can't be exchanged. </p> <p> </p> <p>Do i look so dumb that i would return something i washed?</p> <p>Why is Edgars service so pathetically poor? </p>
