Poor service

I decided to pay the outstanding balance on account. I paid and then i had to phone several times to close my account and get the settlement letter. I received the letter after four days. A week went past then i received a message from them that i owe them money and threatened to hand me over to the lawyers, I rep**** with the document and after two days they rep**** that the message was send in error,
