Poor Service

I was a vip club member the system shows I decided to join them as we do the application the vip comes up as R120 on the mandate for the debit order last week Wednesday I received a call from the consultant that my membership number via sms nd to say the debit will run out in the 15th July so i decided to call them yesterday I was told I need to pay R175 and absolutely no debit order went out as the staff stated I used over 250 mins of my contract to keep calling them. Ashley the manager says he can’t help me I’m trying to do a new membership it says my Id is on a membership already total ridiculous services from Edgar’s club
