Poor Service

Can u please inform your customers of what's happening, I went to pay my account at Edgar's festival mall and I went from 1 cashier to another because they couldn't see my balance one lady said it's because u are changing from the Thank u card to RCS cards, I then went to jet to see if I could pay they too couldn't tell my balance and I was told that going forward I won't be able to use my Edgar's card at any other store besides Edgar's. Please send communication to your customers because if we don't pay you'll be quick to send us letters and blacklist us. What's happening with Edcon is the company closing down??? If we can't pay at the store give us alternative ways to pay cos your customer service is pathetic
