Poor service

Recently visited the Edgar's branch in gateway hoping to find a suit. At first when you enter there's no sales assistance so you need to ask, after 30 minutes off looking around and waiting, I had to ask a security guard at the store if anyone works here and he says he will call someone of which says she doesn't work there she will call someone. So she went, came back and said to me that she's not sure where's the person but she will help so I asked if they had a specific colour and showed a picture of it. She then says she's not sure if they do and told me contact another store.... Really poor customer service, a simple yes or no would have done as this is the closest store to me.
