POOR SERVICE
I have paid up my account as per settlement letter sent to me, sent proof of payment, sent email, wrote on Hellopeter and also called to request a paid up letter but nothing is been done. What is it that i must do in order to be attended to? Do i have to complain about everything before i can be assisted?

22 May 2020, 16:47I did receive the settlement letter and paid up my account the same sent an email requesting the paid up letter as well as my account to be closed but still nothing is done about that.
