POOR Service
Good afternoon,<br> <br> I have given in my cellphone for repairs at the cellular department of Edgars for it to get fixed. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I went back to the branch(Cradlestone Mall), to find out what's going on, just to find out, the cellphone is still in the store!!! Never did they phone or contact the repairer to come pick it up... and still waiting to hear back.... 3 weeks now, and still counting

It is with great displeasure to hear of the overall experience. Please note we have referred this matter to management to address as it could have been handled in a different light. Please note your cell phone has been sent for repairs and once it is back in the store, then you will be notified.
