Poor service

<p>Earlier in May I went to Edgars in Key West to open an account. The account was approved and I bought a few items. Last week i received a sms stating that my account is blocked due a lack information that is still needed to unblock the account. I have emailed all the relevant information, spoken to 4 different operators, a supervisor and and was promised that it will be sorted. 4 Days later, still nothing happended and my account is still blocked. I have already made my first payment but do not have any joy using this account </p>
