poor service
I submitted a claim for cellphone repair for the second time at edgars east gate , got sms and when i called they not sure of the details of claim as there are no documents and i must go back to the store, Mikateko played music for a good 21 minutes and did not even confirm if i was on hold or he was transfering the call.
Hollard and edgars please fix my phone
