Poor Service

I went to edgars active pinecrest branch on the 4th April 2019 at 12:18 to pay for an account after the payment was done I then asked the cashier by the of Nonhlakanipho Cele ********** to assist me as how to get a stament of account, she said she doesn't know how can I get one I asked her if I can speak to the store manager/Supervisor or anyone who might know she said there's no one I then said to her I am an ex-Edgars Regional Credit Office employee I know what she can do to assist me,she said ooh okay but like I said there's nothing I can do she then called the next customer it was pretty obvious that she didn't want to talk to me anymore. I looked for the name badge to see her name she didn't have it on and she wasn't on the uniform as well.
