Poor Service

Last month I received a call from a company called RMCS calling on Behalf of Edgars as they said I’m a “ Loyal client” and they offered me a free trail of sms and data for the month of March/April and if I am interested in it I would then need to opt in and the subscription will start and they will bill on my Edgars statement but to my surprise this month I received the statement saying that I owe

For the data that I didn’t eve receive the free trail one that is . Immediately I called Edgars and I spoke to Joyce who logged a cancellation request for the none received subscription of data case ( ********** 1585/GO) which she told me I will be called by one of the agents in that department which is RMCS. I then requested her to give me their direct number which she did and is spoke to a guy who had not telephone s****s what so ever by the name of Raymond he logged another case for me which is ( ********** ********** ) which he told me that one of their agents again will call me for the cancelation request which will take up 48 working hours for me to receive their call back. I feel I have been failed by the two companies one Edgars can’t allow their clients to be **** to by other companies RMCS on behalf of their name and two I won’t pay for something I did not use let alone receive on my cell phone of ********** . I want the amount to be removed on my Edgars statement with immediate effect as I refuse to pay of be in debt for something that I did not receive. I want it to be rectified ASAP. I will not make a payment in my Edgars Account up until this issue is resolved and my statement goes to its original way without any of the chargers form RMCS.
