Poor service
I am very very annoyed with Edgars Financial Services. I have phoned in 2018 exactly 4 tines to request an updated version of my personal funeral plan as well as my Edgars Account Protection Plan. Everytime it is the same story... Will be send to you via email. NO EMAIL received. Yesterday, the 15th Jan, I went to our local Edgars Herm****. They phoned and the lady on the other side promised that I will receive it within 15 minutes. Its 25 hours later. NO EMAIL!!!!!!
