Poor Service
I have received an sms to say there is an Limit Increase on my account and should go in the store for acceptance. I have taken off work to accept the offer as per sms. When i got at the store i was asked for id and three month statement and they wanted to see the sms. When i asked about the 40% less offer they could not answer. I then phoned the customer service from my phone and the same type of service happened. Why not then on sms tell me which documents you need and email address because that info were not on the sms. I stood in the customer que for two hours to hear the FICA story which could have been advised via sms

03 Dec 2018, 07:52A nice and helpful lady were in contact with me from Edgars via WhatsApp and made sure all my documents went through her and the feedback i got was to phone the customer care line. I did that the following day. Only to get a rude consultant who needed my ID to be read four times and then after awhile said the cannot help and need to transfer my call to another consultant the phone was then cut. I then made a follow up on email via my documents and Priscilla Khubone advised me that she has been trying t get hold of me since 28th of November to no availability and she did not leave an voicemail on my phone so i knew who to contact. I was then Saturday at the store to question the limit increase and i was advised that the account department will phone me back . While on Priscilla Khubone advised me that the account needed to be FICA and i need to be back at the store and i were there. For all the inconvenience and the fact that there is no voicemail left on my phone whom I must contact you can leave the increase limit I don’t want it I will give the feedback on helloPeter as such as well.
